Pre-Exams: All Belt Levels

Are you ready to “show what you know?” Pre-exams are right around the corner. Skills students will be expected to execute include:

• Jab Cross Hook Hook: Hands don’t drop below chin after each punch
• Round House Kick: Snap, Stick, and point toes
• Forward Roll: Head does not touch ground, no hands to stand up
• Grappling: Americana “Figure Four” lock
• Additional moves for green belt and higher
