6pm Optional In Person Red – Black Belt Candidate class
June 1, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm
We are offering OPTIONAL 30 minute belt rank exam preparation classes at the dojo and/or the grass area behind the dojo starting this Monday June 1. Please attend only if you feel your child is safe.
For your safety, we will be following the requirements and recommendations from government and health agencies for cleaning and social distancing.
For those students who wish to attend this optional exam preparation class, you will need to be aware of the following policies:
- Fill out COVID Waiver
(please click link above then download, sign, bring, or email senseikikuchi@usafma.com prior to exam preparation class)
- Temperatures will be taken prior to class
- Hand sanitizer will be administered prior to and after each class
- Bring water to class, the drinking fountain will not be available
- Slip-on sandals or flip flops only, no shoes & socks
- Do not bring any gear or bags, no gloves are needed
- No changing at the dojo
- Wear a FMA t shirt, pants/shorts and your belt
- Bring a beach towel to train on the grass
- Put on sunscreen
- If at all possible, do not plan to use the restroom while at this 30 minute exam preparation
- Freestyle Martial Arts staff will do our best to keep students socially distanced, but it is not guaranteed
- Parents and siblings should plan to stay in the car or socially distance outside
- Masks should be brought to class and are recommended, but are not required during class (parents discretion)
At Freestyle Martial Arts, we want to make this a positive experience and we appreciate your concerns.
- We promise to clean the mats and other common surfaces in between each class
- Hand sanitizer will be readily available in multiple locations
- Proper protection will be maintained by staff
- Please do not have students attend if they do not feel well, have been around individuals with active coronavirus, and/or live with elderly and/or anyone with health pre-conditions for the corona virus
