Parent & Me Self Defense Class: Ages 4 – 6

Freestyle Martial Arts black-belt, Tracie Arlington, will be here January 28th teaching a “Mommy & Me” class for Pre-K and Kinders. As seen on Dr. Phil and THE DOCTORS TV! Your child will learn how to self-protect against bullying behaviors, friendship drama, and conflict resolution.
Other topics covered include: appropriate touch as well as stranger awareness and physical defense. Children have a blast and learn to “Go Chihuahua Crazy!” She is offering an exclusive 30% off discount to FMA families and their friends. You Must pre-register as the class is limited to 25 spaces.
