Celebrate 40 Years of Freestyle Martial Arts
1986–2026
Join our anniversary celebration with three activities that highlight kindness, gratitude, and community:
- 40 Acts of Kindness: Print a bingo card for ages 3–6, ages 7–12, or ages 13+ and complete all 40 acts. Parents should initial and date each square and add relevant details. Older students can fill blank squares with their own kindness ideas.
- Wall of Gratitude: Students and parents, write why you love FMA on the paper provided in the dojo foyer.
- Share the FMA Love: Share your family’s four favorite reasons you love FMA with 10 people and FMA on social media!
Complete all three activities by December 17 to receive a
SPECIAL 40TH ANNIVERSARY T-SHIRT!
