Play it Safe Self Defense Class: Grades 1st – 5th

Freestyle Martial Arts black-belt, Tracie Arlington, will be here January 28th teaching a “Play It Safe Defense” class for grades 1-5th. As seen on Dr. Phil and THE DOCTORS TV! Your child will learn how to self-protect against bullying behaviors, friendship drama, and conflict resolution.

Other topics covered include: appropriate touch as well as stranger awareness and physical defense.
